WOD: with a partner, do the following for time
100 wall balls (20/14)
100 double unders
100 push press (75/55)
100 double unders
100 burpees
100 double unders

* while partner A is working, partner n must hold a 45/25# plate

Mobility:
Ball in hamstring interface leg pumps
On back, knee to chest, leg extensions
