WEDNESDAY

Hang squat snatch (hip) – 2-2-2-2-2 @ 70% 1RM full squat snatch, 2 min. rest period

Hang squat clean (knee) - 3-3-3-3 @ 80% of 1RM full squat clean, 2-3 min. rests

Split jerk - 2-2-2-2-2 @ 80% of 1RM, 2 min. rest periods

Back squat – warm up then 5 reps at 65%, 5 reps @ 75%, then 5 or more at 85%, rest no more than 3 min. between sets
