Talon Throwdown THIS Saturday!
Hey CrossFit Music City!
Make sure you come and support your fellow athletes at the 2POOD Talon Throwdown! It'll be a great event and several of our CrossFitters will be repping CFMC! It will be going on all day starting at 9 am...
AND what better reason to cheer and watch (other than to motivate yourself to compete next time)...than a CFMC Social after. That's right...we do post-competition celebration right!
